Head Baker Mandy Chow started out baking cupcakes in her mom’s kitchen and taking small orders from family and friends as a hobby. One day in 2017, she realized that she wasn’t happy and made the decision to quit her day job as an Accountant to pursue her dreams. Her dream was to open a quaint little bakery, make the most amazing desserts and to make people happy and fat. A year later her, dream was realized with the opening of The Peckish Bakery on Sunshine Road.

A visit to The Peckish Bakery is never boring! We change our menu weekly and offer a selection of cupcakes, layered cakes, rustic cakes, tarts and other drool inducing desserts. Our cookies are well known for being one of the most delicious in town! They are the only thing that will never change in our menu. Regulars and newcomers alike will thoroughly enjoy our wide array of lovingly crafted cookies!
